What we get when you sign in with Google

Your name, email address, Google account id and profile picture. Nothing else: we do not ask for access to your calendar, contacts, Drive or mail.

Google user data

Let's Hang's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use your Google profile only to sign you in and address you, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.

Emails

Only about tables you sit at or host: seat confirmations, lights on, reminders, cancellations. No newsletter, no marketing.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your account while you use it. Write to [email protected] from your account's email and we'll delete your account, seats and messages within 30 days. You can also ask for a copy of your data. Under the GDPR you may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner.

Cookies

One session cookie to keep you signed in, one security token, and one that remembers your timezone. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Counting visits

We count page views with a self-hosted Plausible on our own server. It sets no cookies, stores no personal data and never follows you to other sites — it only tells us which pages people open and roughly where in the world they are.

Thinking…

Missing something, or found something broken? This goes straight to Primož.
