How to play Chess
- 1.White moves first, then you take turns.
- 2.Each piece moves its own way: rooks in lines, bishops on diagonals, the knight in an L.
- 3.Take a piece by moving onto its square.
- 4.Check means the king is attacked and must get out of it.
- 5.Checkmate, with no way out, ends the game. No moves and no check is a draw.
