Truth or dare, online and free
Pick a pile on your turn and a card comes up. The truths are questions you would answer at a dinner table, and the dares are things you can actually do on camera.
Passing is a move here, not a failure. Nobody has to do anything, and the game carries on to the next person without a fuss.
